“I scheduled an appointment with Lex via text, who was very responsive. The weather wasn’t cooperative during the originally scheduled appointment, and we had to cut that appointment short in the middle of the job. However, he was willing to reschedule without charging until the job was completed, and he was very accommodating to try to fit me into their busy schedules. As for the job itself, the cleaning was fantastic, and they made our 7 year old car look pretty much completely new in about 2 hours. “Hired Alexis to do an exterior detail on my 2014 Ford Fusion and he did an amazing job! He also applied ceramic coating to my vehicle! After he finished my vehicle he was very thorough in explain what he had done to my vehicle and how I could maintain my vehicle. I am very happy with the service, although I was skeptical at the beginning on ceramic coatings. It proved itself 100% worth it as it was easier to maintain my vehicle clean and definitely helped my vehicle look amazing. “I will never need another phone number for an auto detailer again! I found R3 Detailing on Yelp and was hesitant because I’m basically giving my address to a stranger to come over to my house and wash/clean/detail my car. However, because of the condition of my vehicle, I had no other choice. I was given a car from my mom who has been driving it around for two years and has NEVER cleaned the inside of the car before.
There were coffee stains on the interior carpet and on the headliner (how does that even happen?!) and Oscar was able to get the stains all out! It was like they never even existed! In the trunk of my car is where my mom would drive coolers of fish that her friends would give her to eat or to give away when they caught it and you can only imagine the stench. There were layers of dust and dirt in every single crevice of the car. The car is thirteen years old and looks like it’s new on the inside because of the time and effort that was given to it by Oscar. He spent 6 hours working tirelessly, without any breaks or even food.
